Koetsu

Koetsu cartridges, with their hand-wound coils that transcend the boundaries between art and science, have long been the gold standard among cartridges.

In the early 70's Yoshiaki Sugano created an audio product with the craftsmanship that rivaled the finest music instruments. His inspiration came from the Japanese Renaissance artist Honami Koestu, whose name and tradition come to grace the audio cartridge "KOETSU."

The Koetsu products have no peer because of Yoshiaki Sugano's creative genius and his choice of materials which must pass a test for purity and musicality. When combined with the art of hand-wound coils, innovative construction techniques and the centuries old tradition of hand craftsmanship in the arts of woodworking and painting become one to create his masterpiece, the Koetsu Cartridge.
